Please send an e-mail to inquiry@poggioparadiso.com or phone to +39.333.76.40.890. (please remember to indicate: name and full address, period, alternative period, N° of persons, special requests).
We shall answer as soon as possible for confirm.
When you receive confirmation of the availability, please send a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount. The deposit will be deducted from the final payment. If you book less than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, please transfer the whole amount.
Please transfer the total amount at least 60 days before the date of your arrival.
The bookings are considered valid only at the moment of receiving the due amount.
Cancellations:
In case of cancellations the deposit will be returned (except for bank and/or postal costs eventually encountered) as follows:
- 80%, for cancellation received 90 days before the beginning of your stay.
- 50%, for cancellation received between 60 and 90 days before the beginning of your stay.
- no refund is foreseen for cancellation received within the 60 days from the beginning of your stay.
Missed arrival:
After 24 hours have elapsed from the missed arrival without any communication, the lodging will be again available for rental without any charge for the owner
